How does payment work?
We use Paddle for secure payment processing. You can pay with credit/debit cards (including Saudi cards like mada) or PayPal. All prices are in USD.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your billing period.
What happens after the trial ends?
After your 14-day trial expires, you'll need to subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the relay service. Your server configuration and data remain intact.
What happens if I exceed player limits?
New players won't be able to connect via relay until others leave. LAN players connecting directly to your PC don't count toward this limit.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes! You can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. You can also try the service free for 14 days before subscribing. See our refund policy for details.
