Terms of Service

1. The Service
CrystalFive Host is operated by Crystal Five. It is a relay service for hosting FiveM servers from your personal computer without port forwarding or VPS requirements.
Note: You must own a legitimate copy of GTA V. We are not affiliated with Rockstar Games or FiveM.
2. Account
- You must be 15 years or older
- One account per person
- One active device per account — logging in from a new device automatically signs you out and disconnects the previous device
- You are responsible for protecting your account
3. Prohibited Use
- Content that violates applicable laws
- Pornographic, hate speech, or violent content
- Real-money gambling
- Hacking or abusing the service
- Cheats or hacks
4. Subscriptions
The Trial plan includes 3 players via relay for 14 days. Paid plans (Starter, Plus, Pro) include up to 64 players via relay.

5. Liability
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for damages resulting from service use or interruption.
Our maximum liability is limited to amounts paid in the last 12 months.
6. Content & Data
Your server files and configuration remain on your device — we do not store or backup your server files.
- You are responsible for backing up your own files
- We only store account settings (server name, subdomain, usage statistics)
- When you delete your account, all your stored data is permanently deleted within 30 days
7. Termination
We may suspend your account for violating these terms or at the request of competent authorities.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Riyadh.
