How We Protect Your Data

1. Data We Collect
- Account: Email, username, profile picture (from Discord or Google)
- Server: Server name, subdomain, settings, player count
- Usage: Bandwidth statistics (data sent and received), connection duration, connected player count — collected every 15 seconds while the tunnel is active
- Device ID: A unique identifier (UUID) generated on your device and stored locally — used to enforce the one-device-per-account policy
- Connection: IP address, WireGuard public keys (for security and tunnel routing only)
- Payment: Processed via Paddle — we never store card details

- Communicate with you about your account and subscription
3. Data Sharing
We never sell your data.
We only share data with:
- Paddle - for payment processing
- Hetzner Cloud - for hosting relay servers
- Government authorities - when legally required
4. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of your data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your account and all data
5. Security
We use TLS 1.3 encryption to protect API connections between your app and our servers. Game traffic is encrypted via WireGuard tunnels between your device and our relay servers.
WireGuard public keys are stored temporarily on relay servers only during active connections and are removed upon disconnection.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
